But if the inside feels unhappy, stressed out, disconnected, or without a fully activated purpose…you’ll take the pain with you wherever you go.
A few years ago, I was beyond miserable.
Living in a constant state of fear and worry. I grew up poor and had a low self-esteem. This created a feeling of “I’m not good enough” and “I’m not worthy”. But, I knew I had big dreams. I just didn’t know how to connect to them without striving and pushing so hard (aka - perfectionism) that I became my own worst enemy. I tried to be perfect in every way, which was a “cover” for the lack I felt inside. I earned my PhD in failure in so many areas of my life. So, I’m not here to judge anyone.
But, I know there is a better way…
What I truly needed, was to find out exactly where I was sabotaging myself. To understand how my own MIND was preventing me from not only BEING happy and successful, but FEELING and RECEIVING more happiness and success in my business and my life.
At first, I didn’t know how.
I needed some help to shift my thinking, to shift out of the negative thoughts in my head. I began changing my perception and the world shifted with me. I stopped striving so hard, and allowed myself to receive guidance, wisdom, and most of all, love from within. I hired the best Mentors and Coaches, read everything I could get my hands on, and attended seminars and retreats, all around the world…to help me improve. In other words…I’ve done the work. And I want to help you do the same, only much faster. So you can quantum leap in business and life!
My life now is beyond amazing.
Today I live from a life of deep purpose and authenticity. I have 5 awesome children and the husband of my dreams. I live from a place of Confidence and Worth that I didn’t know was possible. I still have struggles and can feel like a hot mess sometimes, but NOW they don’t define who I am. And I know how to get out of that place fast.
